That blue dragon picture looks nice on the front page, so I kinda wanted to leave it there for a while by not blogging.
Update: I just progressed onto disc 3.
Update 2: I decided to be done with the game w/o finishing it. It’s getting too repetitive.

I’ve always (mistakenly) used categories as tags, so it’s an easy transition for me to go to tags. Got my tag cloud set up and “japan” is so big! It will always overshadow whatever else I write on this blog.

Was browsing around for cameras for my next trip, and saw this: Sony’s Smile Shutter

Basically the camera takes the picture whenever it detects a *smile*. Pretty neat. You can adjust the “strength” of the smile so that it takes the picture on a slight smile, or have it be strict and only take pictures when it sees a strong smile. So with this camera, you tell a joke instead of getting the person to say jeez.
I think it’s great for happy people.

That Smile Shutter looks cool for people that take pictures of happy people. It would be sad if someone took it on their holiday and they got no pictures. :(

From looking at the photos and everything, it seems like they simply detect the size of visible teeth inside lips, relatively to the head. They don’t actually have to be smiling, I think. I’m sure it can take pictures of growls too. Oh, and the picture can’t be blurry, so indoor pics would hardly be taken.

I remember LX’s face recognition machine @AHOLE couldn’t detect my face.
