Got an iMac. Aluminum. Nice.
O yeah, so I got an iMac today. Already ran into a nice challenge to keep me busy. After software update you can’t edit event names in iPhoto 08. It’s actually well documented in the apple discussion forums. The solution? Install HelveticaNeue.dfont. ( Just spreading the good solution here).
So far it’s nice. I haven’t really started “using” it yet (been on it all night tho). Haven’t migrated any files. Haven’t put in that extra ram I got.
Ahh. Yup. Write more about it tomorrow.
