i want to buy a macbook and have my computer spontaneously combust like the cool ppl. but I guess cool ppl have a use for laptops, and i dont.

Reading what Apple wrote on their macbook introduction, I conclude that they think blogging is cool, podcasting is cool, and everything else is secondary. And that inspires me to blog today.

but not much to say.
maybe i’ll settle for a ds+mario combo. they’re all shiny white.

E3 is the time of the year when all secret gaming nerds expose themselves unintentionally out of uncontainable excitement. (better run a spellcheck on that)

With sony’s annoucnement of november 17th ship date for the ps3 ( which is more than half a year away), wouldn’t it be nice if Nintendo takes another page from Steve Job’s book ( the Wii controller already reminds me of an ipod) and say

“We will ship this product, -pause-, TODAY. Wii’s are being mailed out of our factory in Japan as we speak. And it will hold -one -billion- -songs- — yes. now let me show you the ad.”

Probably won’t happen. But let’s hope nintendo can outsmart sony who made a sneaky move today with that motion sensing controller. I don’t want to have to buy both again, but I know I will eventually. At least it only happens every 5 years. 5 years ago I had no money and $500 seemed like a huge amount. Good thing they’re both backward compatible. My tiny coffee table can only hold 2 consoles.
