That's like, 3 more new years later. Speaking of tuna in OIL, when my mom came back from Taiwan just a few weeks ago, she also brought back something "in oil"... I think it was sardines or something... oh no, wait, I think it was "EEL" in oil. That was delicious too. Now I know they are actually "rare" here. No wonder she brought it back.
