Watched Jay and Silent Bob last night. So throughout today when I was on the bus, and walking around campus, I was almost constantly swearing in my head. Not for no reason at all. My bus driver is really an a-hole, and there’s just too many people at ubc nowadays. And it’s rainy, too. And, I still have an assignment to do.
Gonna go eat my pizza-pop now. Yum.
I’ve been trying hard not to spend any big money since I came back. (no job, no money)+(this is the reality, no jumping out of it this time). But its HARD!
It’s hard to live with nothing new to play with. Or I just haven’t found something new and affordable, (like linux, maybe. it’s always new and always free). Today tho, I found a windows implementation of Apple’s Exposé: WinPlosion. It doesn’t look as nice as Exposé, and there’s this flash right before the animated sliding/zooming out that kind of bugs me. Feels like the program is trying to trick me. Very sly.
Anyways I had fun with it for a few moments and now I’m back into searching for more stuff to play with. Someone I knew once called his PowerBook a “new toy”. Very dangerous concept if I start thinking that way. I need a new toy.
What single item on earth would provide the same excitement as a new laptop, and costs way less? Of course a laptop to you may provide nothing more than headaches+boredom. An AiBO could cost less.. But they’re probably very stupid once you get to know them. I’ve met a few in Ginza.
Off the tech stuff, my cousin + her husband is holding their wedding/ house party on Halloween night. Pretty unorthodox eh? So in between the drinking and what not, kids are going to be knocking on their doors for candies. I of course will try to be there.

I was gonna do some assignment. But spent all my time on useless things.
Bumped into my old old friend on icq, then bumped into my ok-old friend+webcam on msn. bumped into some cjp guy on the bus when heading home.
Lots of bumping happening today. Today is Monday. I’m sure there won’t be any bumping tomorrow. Because tomorrow is Tuesday. Not many goes online Tuesday. I can work tomorrow.
I feel so incoherent. Should I get a new webcam? Looks like fun..
