Jonbu the baker

My backyard is now home to various fungi.

This mushroom , is actually the same as this one . It grew and splat open after a few days. If you don’t believe me, study the top view here:

Notice the location of the hole and the markings.

Although I didn’t get a picture of Dombu at it’s earlier stage, there’s a smaller one that’s just starting to grow few feets away, and it looks like . I’m pretty sure that is one of Dombu’s younger siblings.

And Today, Dombu looks like a broken umbrella that flips upwards. It looks too disturbing for pictures.

Today’s Apprentice was SO GOOD. Gratifying ending. Great way to wrap up a day of skipping. Whoever watched it would know what I mean.

Skipping is such a efficient way of going through education. Instead of listening to someone who can’t grab you attention, you read on your own, and finish the assignment while others are still trying to stay awake. By the end of the day, you’re ahead of the majority of the class. I shall do this again next week.
